Welcome to NGWM 2024! We are thrilled to invite you to the Nordic Geological Winter Meeting 2024, hosted in the vibrant city of Gothenburg at the renowned Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre (“Svenska Mässan”). As you prepare for this exciting event, we’ve assembled essential information to ensure a seamless and productive experience for all attendees and exhibitors.

Congress venue
The congress will take place at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre (“Svenska Mässan”), which is located right in the city center of Gothenburg. More information about Svenska Mässan: https://en.svenskamassan.se/

Wednesday 08:00-17:00
Thursday 08:00-17:00
Friday 09:00-17:00

Installation – Wednesday 07:00-08:00
Dismantling – Friday 17:00-18:00
Please note that it’s important for all exhibitors to maintain their displays intact until the event concludes.

Parking
Gårda P-hus at Focushuset, Fabriksgatan 45. There’s a pedestrian bridge directly to Svenska
Mässan Gothia Towers. Garage Hours: Open 24/7.

Furniture included in your booth package:
Booth space 2x2m, exhibitor insurance up to 200,000 SEK, 1 standing table, 1 bar stool, existing gray graphite carpet in the hall, 10A 240V 3-way electricity max 2000W, booth wall (2m back wall and 1m side wall), package handling up to 50kg.

Additional orders / Stand service
Any additional orders beyond what is included in the exhibition package must be placed via vitti.holmstedt@svenskamassan.se. Explore our product range at www.monterservice.com. We apply a differentiated pricing system, which means that we add a surcharge of 50 per cent to orders that we receive later than 20 dec 2024.
