Sweden Meetx is the official provider of hotel rooms for conference delegates partaking in NGWM 2024.

Hotel Gothia Towers is the venue hotel located in direct connection to the conference venue, the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre (Svenska Mässan).

All rooms include breakfast and free WiFi.

Hotel bookings are made together with the registration for the conference.

Spar Hotel Går­da is close to just about every­thing! Cancellation policy for hotel reservations

    • When the reservation is confirmed until 6 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled
    • From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged
    • We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded

Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations has to be made directly in written form to Meetx and not to the hotel. Contact us by sending an email to ngwm@meetx.se.
