Presenter instructions

Instructions for presenters:

Oral presenters:

12 min presentation (3 min for questions and change of presenter)
*Keynote speakers = 25 min presentation (5 min for questions and change of presenter)

– Presenters must bring their presentation (either as Powerpoint or PDF) on a USB-stick.
– Presentations need to be uploaded in the same room where the presentation will be, at the latest during the morning registration of the day for the presentation.

Poster presentations:

Posters should be in format A0 (841 x 1188 mm) portrait orientation.

Posters need to be put up before 12:00 Wednesday.
The Posters will be on display until Friday 17:00.
